Ingredients: 1 Tablet: Chromium (from Chromax Brand Chromium Picolinate) 50 mcg; Proprietary Green Tea Complex 630 mg (Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea [Camellia Sinensis] [Leaves], Advantra Z Brand Citrus Aurantium Standardized to 30% Synephrine, Supplying 60 mg of Epigallocatechin Gallate [EGCG], 40 mg of Caffeine); Di Calcium Phosphate; Microcrystalline Cellulose; Caramel; Stearic Acid; Croscarmellose Sodium; Silica; Magnesium Stearate; Pharmaceutical Glaze; Magnesium Silicate.

As a dietary supplement, adults take one tablet two to three times daily, preferably with meals. Store in a dry, controlled room environment.
