Salba Chia seeds are a dense whole food that provides essential nutrients, protein, antioxidants, omega 3s, fiber and minerals for increasing the nutritional profile of juices, smoothies, yogurts, baked goods, salads, soups, and many recipes. The name Salba refers to two chia varieties that have consistent size, shape, and nutrients. The qualities of other chia seeds vary depending on many factors.
