We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our customers, especially at this critical time. We are in a unique position to be able to supply customers in Australia with the items needed to maintain good health and wellness, as well as everyday household items.

We're making every effort to make the products you need available, and while we may experience temporary shortages or certain items, we're continuing to work closely with our supplier partners to meet customers' needs. Due to extremely high demand, we are taking additional steps to best manage our inventory so that the essentials you're looking for can be more widely available.

How Employees are Being Protected

In our office and fulfillment center, teams are working diligently to take precautions and steps to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Our employees health and safety are also of the utmost concern. Increasing facility cleaning and sanitizing procedures while encouraging social distancing is something we're taking very seriously.

Management is working to keep our staff up-to-date with the latest information from public health officials and the CDC. We are encouraging team members to  work from home if they're in a position to do so, and mandating any team member to stay at home if they are sick or showing symptoms of possible illness.

How Customer Service Will Be Affected

Due to logistical limitations worldwide, expect shipments to take slightly longer than usual to arrive at your residence. We're still processing orders and shipments daily, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order dispatches our fulfillment center. Our customer service and support staff is working from home, and is happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have with regards to the whereabouts of your package while its in transit.
